About The Client

The Republic of Kazakhstan, commonly known as Kazakhstan, is a country situated in Central Asia. Bilateral relations between Malaysia and Kazakhstan were forged since 1992, a year after the latter achieved its independence. Both countries are members of the Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC) and the World Trade Organisation (WTO). Over the years, relations between Malaysia and Kazakhstan have grown stronger, with cooperation agreements signed on areas such as ICT, Islamic banking and financial services, tourism and higher education.


The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Malaysia wanted to enhance awareness and knowledge of trade and investment opportunities in Kazakhstan for Malaysian corporations, as well as to promote tourism from Malaysia to Kazakhstan.
