About the Client

UPEN Terengganu formulated the Terengganu Economic Transformation Plan (TETP) which is a roadmap for the State to achieve high-income state status by 2025, and wanted to secure the buy-in of local and foreign stakeholders for the State’s long-term development plans.

The Terengganu Economic Planning Unit (UPEN Terengganu) was established to coordinate and formulate economic development models and policies to drive growth and improve the quality of life in the State. As a main driver of the State’s economic development agenda, it undertakes the planning and coordination of economic programmes, projects and activities in Terengganu.
