About The Client

The Malaysian Rubber Council (MRC) – formerly known as the Malaysian Rubber Export Promotion Council (MRC) – was established on 14 April 2000 under the purview of the Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities (MPIC), with a mandate to promote quality and sustainably produced Malaysian rubber products to world markets.

Objective

MRC wanted to strengthen Malaysian’s position in the global rubber products industry, in line with its mission to make Malaysia a leading exporter of quality and sustainable rubber products. To achieve this, it sought to reach a wider audience, increase confidence in Malaysian rubber and rubber products and keep industry players abreast about the various initiatives and programmes launched by the Council.
