About The Client

The Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) is an agency under the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP) responsible for enforcing the provisions of the Competition Act 2010. Its functions include investigation and enforcement, carrying out market reviews on competition-related issues, issuing policy advice and guidelines relating to competition laws and undertaking advocacy programmes.

MyCC wanted to keep industry players informed about the latest development related to competition law and regulations in the country.
