About The Client

One of Malaysia’s leading property developers, I&P has a long and storied history in developing townships where residential, commercial and recreational facilities are all integrated into one. The company was formed as a result of a merger between three developers – Island & Peninsular Sdn Bhd, Pelangi Sdn Bhd and Petaling Garden Sdn. Bhd. The company has a total development area of around 12,000 acres with a residential population of 511.500 in 102,300 homes.


I&P sought to revitalise its image and brand positon by showing more than being just a property developer, it is also involved in helping its customers and home owners enhance their lifestyle. In addition, it also aimed to enhance its profile among potential home buyers, particularly high net-worth corporate ones.
